A delivery firm that refused to stop at handover

Royce Corporation was founded in 2016 by four engineers who had spent a decade watching good systems fail for want of anyone trained to run them. The company exists to fix that specific problem.

Our story

It started with a platform nobody could operate

In 2015 our founders delivered a logistics platform for a client in Chennai. Technically it was sound — on time, on budget, and comprehensively tested. Fourteen months later it had been abandoned. Not one person on the client's staff had been taught to extend it, and the two who understood it best had resigned.

That failure produced the operating model we still run on. Royce Corporation was incorporated the following year with three functions under one roof: build the software, train the people, and place the talent when training alone can't close the gap. It is an unusual combination on purpose. Each one makes the other two land.

Today we're 140 specialists working from Bengaluru with delivery teams serving clients across India, the Gulf, the UK, Singapore and North America. We've kept the model deliberately narrow: five services, done properly, rather than a catalogue nobody can staff.

What we hold to

Four commitments, applied without exception

Say the hard thing early

If a scope won't work, you hear it in week one, not in the retrospective. We have turned down work we could not deliver well.

Leave capability behind

Success is your team not needing us. Documentation, runbooks and trained owners are contract deliverables, not favours.

Guard client data

ISO 27001-aligned controls, least-privilege access, signed NDAs before any credential is shared, and no client data in training material.

Send the people we promised

The CVs you approve are the engineers who work on your project. Substitutions require your written agreement.

Milestones

Ten years, in the order it happened

2016

Incorporated in Bengaluru

Four founders, one office in Marathahalli, and a first contract to rebuild a distribution ERP.

2018

Training practice opens

Client demand for post-delivery enablement turns an informal service into a staffed practice with its own curriculum team.

2020

Online delivery at scale

The classroom programme moves to live virtual cohorts in eleven weeks. 900 professionals trained remotely that year.

2022

Placement practice launches

Pre-trained candidate pipelines begin, built from the same curriculum our client teams learn on.

2024

ISO 27001-aligned controls

Formal information security management adopted across delivery, training and recruitment operations.

2026

140 specialists, six sectors

220 projects delivered, 3,200 professionals trained, 850 candidates placed, and a 98% client retention rate.

Who does the work

A practitioner-led organisation

Every practice is run by someone who still works on projects. We don't have a management layer that stopped building.

Engineering

82 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, data and platform. Median experience nine years; every senior role filled by someone who has shipped and supported production systems.

Learning & curriculum

26 trainers and curriculum designers. Trainers are drawn from the delivery bench, so course material comes from real projects rather than vendor slides.

Talent & placement

18 recruiters and technical assessors who screen on code, not keywords. Every shortlisted candidate has been interviewed by an engineer.
